How to send Resume via Email for freshers.

What to write in the email when you apply for the job via email? What to write in the subject when you apply for the job online via email?
How to send Resume via email And many such questions ponder through the mind while applying for the jobs online via email. But there's nothing to worry here I will be answering these questions about email format or template.

What to write on the subject?

What to write in the Subject pane of email while emailing someone for a job application?
The answer is simple. Yes. Most of the time, when you apply for jobs, you get to know about it via job portals or the website of the company or the institution, even from a connection from Linkedin. Maybe sometimes it could be an advertisement in a newspaper or a magazine. The web page or the newspaper advertisement is the same exact page you find the subject of the email to be written.
For example, let us take a look at the following advertisement.
It says there is an opening for a web designer in their company.
So the only thing you have to do is click on the subject pane and write
    "Job Application - Web Designer"
Here "Job Application" gives the idea about the mail you have sent to the employer. And "Web Designer" written further gives the idea about the position you are applying for.
You could also write "Job application for the position of web designer," but that looks too long trailed.
Some users might also consider writing their names in the subject pane while emailing, but that seems to be of no use as your name is already displayed as the sender's name in the email.

Both ways, it reaches the company, and that's how simple it is to mention the subject.
Next up, we will see what to write in the email, actually.

What to write in the body of the email?

Ok now we typed the subject, its the time to write the body of the email
Begin with the salutations or greetings of the email. Write "Dear {Name of The Person} if you know the name of the person, as most of us get to know about the job openings via LinkedIn.
And what if you don't know the name of a person?
The answer to it is simple, just write "Dear Sir or Dear Madam" or "Dear Sir or Dear Ma'am."

Also, please avoid typing Dear Sir/ Ma'am, it just sounds unprofessional.
Most of you might think writing "To whomever, it may concern" or "To whom it may concern" is ok. It is ok but not in the case when you are writing regarding job application. It better suits in case of legal matters, or if you have any feedback for the institution or any suggestion and stuff like that and not in this case of a Job application.

Ok, here's the part.. Write "Dear Sir or Dear Ma'am" if you don't know the name of the person. Or just use "Hello, {Name of Person}" if you know the person by name.
After salutation comes the main part, Introduction.
In the introductory line, always try to mention or cite the reference of the website, LinkedIn profile, online advertisement, newspaper advertisement, or any person you got referred through.

    It should go like this

"I am writing this to you In reference to the LinkedIn post by {Name of the person who posted the link on linkedin} regarding the vacancy on {Date} for {Job Role} at your company {or Mention Company Name}."

    or

"I am sending this email citing the careers page of your company website {Try to give the link of the post or at least the website} for {Job Role} at your company {or Mention Company Name}."

    or

"This email is regarding the newspaper advertisement posted in {Newspaper or Magazine name} on {Date} for the role of {Job Position} at your company {or Mention Company Name}."

Done with the first line, let's jump to the next. In this line, you have to write about the job role currently employed in and the name of the organization or company you are employed at.
If you are a fresher or a college student right now, Just mention what career, degree, or diploma you are pursuing or have completed and the name of your college or university.
    It should go like this

"At present, I am working with {Name of your current employer} as a {Your Job Position} since {Give year of joining or if you remember the date, month, and year mention that too}."
    or

"Currently, I am employed as {Your Job Position} at {Name of your current employer} for last {No.of years or months}."

    or

"I am a student of {Name of College} and pursuing my degree in {Your Stream}."

    or

"I am a student of {Name of your Stream} at {Name of your college or university} and graduating{or graduated} this year."

Next up is the line that shows you off as a person. Brag about your achievements in this line. Yes, do that. (Note ~ Only Do this if you really have any relevant achievement.)
    Like

    "I was awarded {Award by your current Employer} at {Your current employer}."

    or

"I was awarded as the best outgoing student of the year at my college."

    Or

    " My team won the {Competition} organised by {organization name} in {month and year} ."

    Or

"I worked on {project name that is of great importance or organized by a popular company that is relevant} in {month and year}."

    Or

"I interned at {relevant company or organization} while I was studying in {first, second, third, or whatever year is relevant} for a period of {time period you interned}."

Some of you might not have any achievements to brag about. And that is totally Ok. You may be good at something specific or relevant skill required for the job. Write it out.
    Like

    "I am very good at {relevant skill}."

    Or

"Also, {relevant skill} has been my passion."

    Or

"I believe I am one of the best students at my college who knows about {relevant skill} and best fit for this role."

    Or

"I am a believer of {relevant skill}, and I believe I can help change the world with it."

The next line to be written will be about the company or organization. In one line, write why you feel about joining the company or organization and what you feel about it.
    Say it like

"{Company name} has been one of the top organizations in the field of {relevant field}, and it would be a life-changing decision for me to join {company name}."

    Or

"With all the skills that I have gained would be of more value if I could use it to shape the world with {company name}."

    Or

"I believe working with your esteemed organization will be of great value for me, and I shall, with all the skills that I have, help in the total growth of {company name}."

Now comes the final part. No, it is not sending the mail. It is how you write about the Resume or cv that is attached.
It is very important and simple too.
Pick one of the below lines.

"I have attached my Resume {or C.V, whatever you have attached} with this email. Please check the attachment for the same."

    Or

"You can find about me and all my achievements in detail in the Resume I have attached with this email."

    Or

"Attached to this email, you shall find my Resume."

    Or

"Please find the attachment for my Resume."

    Closing the message.

With all that's written up, it is now time to close the message or say finish the draft. Again, it is very simple.

    Write

    "Regards,
    {Your Name},
    {Current Position},
    {Current Company},
    Mobile No. {Mobile Number}."

    Or

If you are a student or fresher follow this:

    "Regards,
    {Your Name},
    {Your Stream or Department},
    {Name of College or University},
    Mobile Number {Mobile Number}."

That's it. Just type all of it. Read it re-read it mail it to yourself, read it again, and then if it looks good, send it to the email id of the concerned person.
Keep reading for the final template.
