With technological influence over the world, it has become very easy to host a meeting online with software like Zoom meeting, Google Meet, Skype, Webex, etc. It has become very easy and convenient to have video conferencing from anywhere in the world. In this post, we are trying to solve some of the questions by the users of google meet.
Steps to follow:
1. Open calendar.google.com or CLICK HERE.
2. Make sure you sign in with the Email account that you want to host the meeting with.
3. Click on the date you want to schedule your Google Meet meeting.
4. Click on the + (Plus Icon) or Create Button on the top corner of the page.
5. Add the Title of the meeting.
6. Select the date and time you want to schedule your meeting at.
7. Click on the "Add Google Meet Video Conferencing" button.
8. Click on "Description" and add relevant description data about the meeting or about the meeting details. (It is optional, but recommended)
9. Click on save.
Your meeting is now scheduled.

Now comes the next important question, inviting the participants via email and Whatsapp. Please follow the next segment to know about inviting participants on Google meet via email and WhatsApp.
1. Open calendar.google.com or CLICK HERE.
2. Make sure you sign in with the Email account that you want to host the meeting with.
3. Click on the date you have scheduled your meeting.
4. You will see your meeting name displayed with the time.
5. Click on the meeting name.
6. Click on the "Pen Icon" Or "Edit event" option.
7. You can see a "Guests" option, click on "Add guest field," and type in the email address of the guests or participants you want to invite to the meeting.
8. In the "Guests" section, you will find an "Email Icon" after you type the email addresses of the guests or participants.
9. Click on the "Email Icon."
10. Make sure you select the "Send copy to me" tick box.
11. Type the subject.
12. Type in the message pane with the relevant message like "Please Join The Meeting" or any other relevant message.
13. Click on send.
14. If you want to share this to WhatsApp, just open your email inbox, and you shall find an email with the invitation to the Google meet meeting.
15. Copy the invitation in the email and send it to your WhatsApp contacts.

How to schedule a meeting on Google Meet?
As of now, while I'm typing this, there is no option of scheduling a Google Meet meeting or video conferencing in their native app. But nothing to worry, there is a solution to this. Just follow the below steps, and you could schedule a meeting for a future date and time in the Google Meet like zoom or other video conferencing solutions.Steps to follow:
